Waynetown - Funeral services for Edward Everett Livengood, 86 were held Wednesday in Rantoul, Ill with burial in the Masonic Cemetery at Waynetown.  He was a native of Fountain County and his parents were WIlson and Rosanna Ingersoll Livengood. He was raised in Fountain County and later lived in Illinois and Indianapolis. He was well known in the Waynetown are where he spent much time visiting his relatives.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Lucille Grider of Mulbery, Mrs. Alice Grider of Champaign, Ill and Mrs. Evelyn Caine of Peoria; a son James Livengood of Indianapolis; three stepbrothers, Claude of Bethany, Okla; Carl of Rock Island Ill; and Earl of San Bernardino, Calif; three half-sisters, Mrs. Ethel Floagle of Garden City, Kan; Mrs. Thelma Whie of Redlands, Calif; and Mrs. Lela Smith of Alamo, a sister, Mrs. HC Powell of Waynetown; three grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
